By doing so, we can be proactive regarding your health and wellness. We also provide, without additional cost, all typical labs, procedures, and injections as a service to our patients.
Our services include:
Yearly comprehensive evaluation
Full, head-to-toe physical examination including pelvic exam/pap smear if applicable
Vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and pulse
Review of past medical and surgical history
Assessment of risk factors for other potential and preventable diseases due to age, concurrent medical conditions and/or family history
Review of current and previous medications
Review of seasonal, food, and drug allergies
Laboratory tests
Complete blood count with differential including hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelet count, white blood cell count, etc.
Complete metabolic panel including renal and liver function tests
Thyroid stimulating hormone
Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate/C-Reactive Protein
